Unused Items: You may return all UNUSED items within 15 days of the original delivery for a refund.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Clearance Items: Clearance items are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Prompt Action: Initiate the return process as soon as possible for timely processing. Please let us know what went wrong!
Defective Items: We'll replace or exchange defective or broken items free of charge within 15 days, provided items most be in UNUSED condition.
Customer Responsibility: For returns/exchanges other than damaged or defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and possible returns breaks.
Used Items: Items such as used hookahs, used hookah bowls, or any other used accessory are not returnable.
Opened Items: Opened boxes, packaging, containers of hookah tobacco, opened coal packs, or items with a broken "seal" cannot be returned.
Thorough Inspection: All returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued. Please make sure to make safe shipping.
Refund Timeframe: We will need 5 business days to review your return. Please allow 2-5 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement once the return is processed.
